Can't visit, but want a preview of our cuisine? Here's the recipe for our much-loved Artichoke Dip

one can of artichoke hearts
1 cup imported parmesan cheese
4 oz. can ortega green chilis
1/2 cup mayonaise

Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute (subtitute a dash of salt and pepper).

 

Drain juice and cut up artichoke hearts. In large bowl, mix (with hands –it works the best) artichokes, parmesan cheese, chilis and mayonaise together. Warm in oven at 350° for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle top with a bit of parmesan cheese and TJ 21 seasoning. Serve with your favorite crackers or sliced baguette. Enjoy!
